The work is a passion for our team. We have a methodological preparation for conducting social and market research. We combine a research competence with an experience in the interaction design. An iterative nature of the team-work enables a verification of assumptions and a prevention of mistakes. Our action is based on the idea of user-centered design. We do not only evaluate the problems but also suggest the possibility of changes and present the recommendations based on the results of the research or expert knowledge.
