User experience strategy

User experience is about consumers’ feelings and responses while using your website or application. When developing UX strategy we focus on providing your users with positive emotions. To achieve this the project must be not only useful but also attractive and pleasing.

To make it happen for your project, we learn about your users and develop a strategy as a part of user centered design process.

user research

user research

We learn about the opinions, expectations and experience of the target group using research tools specifically developed for a project. We use research methods tailored to the context of the study: IDI, focus groups, surveys or field studies. Data analysis results in the report with conclusions and suggestions relating to the previously raised questions and doubts.

Owing to this we can offer solutions matched to a target group. We select appropriate methods and tools which will enable us to find answers for the questions defined earlier and concerning specific user groups. Personas are used at every stage of creating a design. Their task is to identify who is behind a statement 'product target group', which enables all the members of designing team to understand the role of a final user.

concepts

concepts

We help in creating and specifying concepts of designs for start-ups, agencies' tender offers and clients' individual initiatives. While planning the separate interactive solutions for a website or application, we take into account the context of a design – we examine client's demands, we analyse competition, we use expert knowledge, good patterns and research results.

We put a great emphasis both on clients' business goals and the needs of target users of a product.

design workshops

design workshops

Designers, client, developers and even end users gather together in order to develop a common vision for the functional project. Including the whole team into the design process and combining different points of view creates interesting functional solutions. The workshops also prevent misunderstandings at the early stage of product development.
