Who we are
WitFlow has been established by two interaction designers and usability researchers in 2010. Though the company is young, it is based on a wide experience in interactive and software trade. We always work on our designs collectively, which guarantees a critical and complementary approach to a given problem. The one who benefits from this is not only the client but also the users of the design. In the end, the client gets professional specification of the design – wireframes, a functional description, instructions for the team – created according to the international standards.
IGA MOŚCICHOWSKA
An interaction designer and usability researcher by avocation, sociologist by profession. An analytical mind with a hefty dose of enthusiasm and a pinch of ideology. A businesslike and critical person who doesn't beat about the bush. A bibliophile – in a bookshop she feels like a child in a patisserie. Instead of a new pair of shoes she'd rather buy a new book about user experience … or a good fantasy book.
She is a visionary and a demon for work at the same time. She consequently puts her own ideas into action. She inspires, motivates, demands (yes, she does) and encourages the others to systematic work – a deadline is the most important thing for her. Privately she dreams about a big, shaggy dog and at nights she kills the monsters in RPG games.
BARBARA ROGOŚ
A designer, researcher, analyst. A promoter of designing which is useful and creates a positive impression. Team-work and contacts with people give her an enormous pleasure and satisfaction. Instead of a new pair of shoes she'd rather have only... two pairs of new shoes. She hunts for new flavours – she even dreams about food while asleep.
She infects others with her enthusiasm and wide smile when she approaches every project with commitment and a head full of ideas. She has a unique gift of calling things by their name. Nobody tells such jokes like Basia at integration parties. A big, colourful watch and a pink bike are her inseparable attributes.
EWA GRAJEK
Graphic designer and illustrator. Closely monitors the latest trends in contemporary design. Seeking solutions beyond the obvious, ensuring the highest quality of a project. She considers communication as crucial for her actions. She appreciates constructive criticism and is willing to argue with it. She prefers an interesting typeface over a new pair of exceptional shoes.
Craftsman and artist in one - a business approach to design combines with unconventional creation and care for the details. Magician - out of a gray, bland wireframe she creates a project with soul. Font fetishist - you start a conversation about fonts at your own risk. Chameleon - she wanders through the city streets in the heels as well as she defeats Beskid hills on mountain bike.
KRZYSZTOF PODRUCZNY
Interfaces designer and usability researcher. Associated with the UX industry for two years, with the Internet - for over ten. He can come up with more than 10 non-conventional uses of a pencil in a minute. He appreciates absurd humor and observations of the surroundings from the hitchhiker’s view. He believes that the best interfaces are still ahead of him.
Dark horse with an extraordinary sense of humor. He loves to rack his brain and delves into every new challenge. He reminds co-workers of their tasks better than the company's CRM. His extensive notes have a natural state of encryption - difficult to read even for the author. Privately - amateur of photography and hitchhiking.
ROBERT CZEKAŃSKI
Interaction Designer. He praises simple and user-friendly interfaces - they're the only ones he has the patience to use. Secret agent - he loves to observe the behavior of users and spends hours on analyzing competition. Fascinated by startups. Privately, he's a fan of Italian football and Japanese console games.
Pixel perfectionist - he refines every wireframe and doesn't spare any icon. Well oriented what the wind is blowing in the topic of Polish and foreign start-ups. Looking for photos for the company's presentations is his way of relaxation. Inspector (because he starts every issue with an investigation) Gadget (since he showed off his gadgets already in the job interview).
